Brady Sullivan Properties completes 4,384 s/f lease to Community Integrated Services

Brady Sullivan Properties has completed a lease transaction with Community Integrated Services (CIS) at 250 Commercial St., the Waumbec Mill. CIS will occupy 4,384 s/f on the ground floor of the Waumbec Mill. The Waumbec Mill has consistently seen occupancy at or above 90% for the past five years and is continuing to see new activity. The total building contains 450,000 s/f of class A mill space. Benjamin Kelley worked to complete the deal on behalf of Brady Sullivan Props. while Ron Fredette of KW Commercial represented the tenant. Brady Sullivan has also sold another unit at Vantage Point in Nashua, leaving only 3 developer units remaining in this 32 unit mixed use complex. Unit 14 which was sold to an end user consisting of 2,647 s/f was sold for $197,500. The Vantage Point complex represents an excellent opportunity for industrial, mixed-use and retail users as the property is located directly off of 101-A.
