Brady Sullivan Properties has completed their newest acquisition, 900 Elm St., also known as City Hall Plaza.
The historic and iconic office building makes an excellent addition to the company's existing portfolio of real estate in the Queen City. Purchased at $19.75 million, the building is the tallest in Northern New England at 19 stories, 275 feet in height, with 219,000 s/f. This first class office building offers sweeping views of Manchester while providing "best in class" accommodations with the city's most prominent business address. The building is a defining feature on the Manchester skyline with its distinctive architecture. It boasts the highest quality office lobby, providing 8 high speed elevators, cherry wood accents, granite floors and concierge service.
"With a host of long-standing tenants, City Hall Plaza is a high-end gem in the city of Manchester and we're thrilled to expand our footprint," said Charles Panasis, director of commercial real estate at Brady Sullivan.
"This is a very exciting acquisition for us," said Arthur Sullivan, owner. "The property completes our portfolio of high end Elm St. properties. For small businesses or larger corporations, it's the perfect fit, while providing numerous amenities that downtown Manchester has to offer."
Brady Sullivan's plans are to keep things status quo while renovating the 5th floor by adding windows and revitalizing the common area.
Brady Sullivan's recent purchases for 2014 have included: The Center at Keene and Colony Mill in Keene NH, 3000 Goffs Falls Rd. and 1050 Perimeter Rd. in Manchester adding close to an additional 800,000 s/f of commercial space to their ever-expanding portfolio.
