Brady Sullivan Properties purchases three office, warehouse and flex properties for $4.2 million

Manchester, NH Brady Sullivan Properties, in partnership with the Anagnost Companies, recently purchased the properties at 75, 85, and 95 Faltin Dr., which were part of the former Osram Sylvania complex. While the front of the complex will be redeveloped into a 300,000 s/f multi-retailer space as previously announced, the three buildings on Faltin Dr. offer 51,000 s/f of commercial office, warehouse, and flex space. Purchased for $4.2 million, the space is available for lease.

Ideally located at a lighted intersection off South Willow St., this complex is located on more than five acres with ample parking.

Building 1 is 18,625 s/f of office and warehouse space. Building 2 similarly is made up of 15,405 s/f is both office and warehouse, and has loading docks. Building 3 is dedicated warehouse space, offering 17,605 s/f with 10 loading docks and 16 foot high ceilings.
