Nashua, NH The Birch Pond Office Park at 410 Amherst St. added three new office tenants in the second half of 2021. Brady Sullivan Properties welcomes the Center for Vein Restoration, Energy Electric, and Jack Nelson, LLC to the building. The newcomers join current tenants MarketReach, Inc., SVN|The Masiello Group, Raymond James, and Edward Jones.

 The new leases were facilitated by Brady Sullivan’s commercial team of Charles Panasis, James Tobin, Derek Lawton, and Jamison Bibaud in a collaborative effort alongside the building’s listing agent, Cushman & Wakefield.
