With the growth of its all-natural personal product lines and network of direct salespeople, Ava Anderson Non-Toxic will be bringing its operation to Brady Sullivan Properties' American Tourister Mill. Owned and managed by Brady Sullivan Properties, the American Tourister Mill will serve as both office and warehouse space for Ava Anderson Non-Toxic.

Soon to occupy 121,000 s/f in the Warren Mill, this new tenant relationship was a combined effort by Mike Giuttari, SIOR of MG Commercial and Brady Sullivan's Panasis, with support from the commercial leasing team of Benjamin Kelley and Elizabeth Sachetta.
