Brady Sullivan welcomes twelve new business tenants in downtown Keene

Brady Sullivan Properties has welcomed 12 new business tenants to its two properties in downtown: the Center at Colony Mill and Colony Mill Marketplace as it celebrates one year of owning the locations. These new transactions total more than 40,000 s/f and include businesses that reach a broad demographic within Keene and the surrounding area.
"Since we took ownership of both of these properties in February, 2014, we have seen explosive growth in the interest of these historic locations," said Charles Panasis, director of commercial real estate at Brady Sullivan Properties.
The new businesses include: Barton Associates, the medical recruiting firm that now occupies more than 13,000 s/f at the Center at Colony Mill; Cheshire Medical now inhabits nearly 18,000 s/f at the Center at Colony Mill; now at Colony Mill Marketplace is Connell Communications with more than 2800 s/f. Additional new businesses at the Colony Mill Marketplace at 222 West Street are MJD Hair Design; Dr. Donald Hudson, DMD; Abramson, Brown, & Dugan; Black Squirrel Studio; Enterprize Comics, Etc.; and Vermont Custom Cabinets. Keene Fusion; Hannah's Books; and Michael Blair Real Estate round out the additions at the Center at Colony Mill at 149 Emerald Street. These new transactions were a combined effort of the Brady Sullivan leasing team of Panasis, Benjamin Kelley, and Elizabeth Sachetta.
Since Brady Sullivan Properties took ownership of the Colony Mill Marketplace and the Center at Colony Mill, the real estate development company has invested close to $1 million in improvements. These include new sidewalks, granite curbing and parking lots, along with new signage.
