North Branch completes construction of Bow Highlands Phase II

North Branch Construction, Inc. has completed Phase II of the Bow Highlands housing project located off Bow Bog Rd. on Dicandra Dr. for CATCH Neighborhood Housing. This New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority (NHHFA)-funded project included the construction of 2 wood-framed two-story buildings, each containing eight townhouse-style units, including one ADA accessible unit. The units were built to Energy Star standards and is in the process of receiving certification. Warrenstreet Architects, Inc. provided design for the project.
