Manchester, NH Brady Sullivan Properties, in partnership with Anagnost Companies, purchased the former Osram Sylvania Plant on South Willow St. for $4.2 million.  Together, the two Manchester-based companies will redevelop the location from an industrial building to class A retail space.

“The team at Brady Sullivan is very excited to be working with Dick Anagnost and his team on the redevelopment of the Osram Sylvania location,” said Arthur Sullivan, principal of Brady Sullivan Properties.  “Located right on Manchester’s most popular retail thoroughfare, this building has great potential to bring more business to this end of South Willow St., continuing the development of Manchester as a destination for businesses and consumers alike.”

This multi-retailer space will be comprised of approximately 300,000 s/f, with an anchor space of 50,000 s/f, and will include ample parking.  There has already been some preliminary interest from retailers.  This project will bring both jobs and approximately $1.5 million in tax revenue to the city.

It is anticipated that this new project will be completed in late 2016.
