Breslau is named by Jones Lang laSalle as director of research for the Americas region

Jones Lang LaSalle has named real estate research specialist Benjamin Breslau as director of research for the Americas region.  Breslau will lead a team of 40 researchers with both local and national expertise who cover markets across the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Latin America. Previously Breslau was director of research with Spaulding & Slye in Boston, now Jones Lang LaSalle. He joined the firm in 1998.
"Ben has been instrumental in delivering innovative research products for our clients and delivering thought leading research in the marketplace for our firm," said Molly Kelly, chief marketing officer, Jones Lang LaSalle Americas. "With his depth of expertise and understanding of the real estate industry and its relationship with economic dynamics, I am confident that Ben will be a valuable leader of the Americas research team."
Breslau holds a degree in economics from Emory University. He has extensive experience producing customized research for investor, corporate occupier, and institutional clients, and has been a panelist and speaker at several industry conferences. He serves on national and local Urban Land Institute committees, is a director of the Boston Principal Research Bureau, and is a member of CoreNet Global.
