Breslin joins JLL as senior vice president

As part of the firm's continued commitment to build a leading brokerage team with expanded coverage throughout Greater Boston, JLL has hired Roger Breslin to be one of the leaders of the Downtown Boston team. Breslin, a seasoned leasing expert, has joined the firm as a senior vice president. He will specialize in representing tenants and investors in the leasing office space throughout Greater Boston. Breslin joins JLL from Colliers International and brings more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience. He executed leasing transactions for corporate and institutional clients as a member of their Boston team. His corporate occupier clients included Manulife Financial, CIBC World Markets, McNamara/Salvia, Inc., and Clough Capital Partners. "We continue to grow market share and add top talent across our group and the firm," said managing director and leader of New England brokerage Bill Barrack. "Roger's market insight, reputation, high level of professionalism, competency, knowledge, and strong relationships will make an even stronger presence for us in the downtown marketplace." Breslin is a Holy Cross graduate and former assistant coach of the men's basketball team. He is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. Breslin resides in Hopkinton, with his wife Jennifer and three children.
