Brewer of Greater Boston Commercial Properties arranges 13,058 s/f lease

August Brewer, of Greater Boston Commercial Properties (GBCP), recently completed an industrial lease of 13,058 s/f at 150 Cordaville Rd. GBCP was initially engaged by the current tenant, MetroWest Gymnastics, to sublease the space for which there was just under three years left on the term. In less than 60 days GBCP secured a 5- year deal for the owner of the building, 150 Cordaville Road LLC, with the new tenant, Inside Playground LLC. This new deal resulted in the release of MetroWest Gymnastics from its existing lease on the building. Inside Playground took occupancy on January 1st, and look to open its doors soon after that. This is an expansion for the tenant who is opening its second location, the first of which is located in Watertown. Both facilities will use the same business model of providing an indoor recreational space for children.
