Marlborough, MA According to Bria, a fourth-generation property management firm focused on Class A multifamily assets, Vesa has welcomed its first residents following the opening of the first building.
The property, located at 339 Boston Post Rd., will feature 140 apartments. Upon completion, Vesa will offer an array of resident-focused amenities. These include a lobby and resident lounge, a fitness center, a resort-style outdoor pool deck, and a dedicated dog park, among other premium offerings. The property will provide a mix of apartment layouts, with 60 one-bedroom, 62 two-bedroom, and 18 three-bedroom units, catering to a variety of lifestyle needs.

The development was designed by architecture firm Maugel DeStefano Architects, with Procopio Construction serving as the construction manager.
Supply chain delays are slowing construction, ratcheting up operating costs, and extending turnover timelines across Greater Boston, directly reducing revenue and increasing the workload for multifamily and
