What your firm does now and its plans for the future: We feel that it is important, especially during these early stages of the firm, to build relationships with clients, partners and other constituents through the extension of our green building services. In the future we seek to acquire "opportunistic", physically and/or financially distressed properties and greatly enhance their value by repositioning and redeveloping them over time into green buildings.
