Claremont, NH In November, two new businesses opened their doors at 43 Pleasant St., Baker’s Block.
Brick House Management, a full-service residential and commercial property management firm, will be headquartered here and taking on management of the Union Block Apartments at 1 Pleasant St., the recently renovated and rebranded Kite Hill Commons at 66 Myrtle St., the Baker’s Block at 37-45 Pleasant St., and several other properties the region.
Additionally, Downtown Realty, a Bedford-based commercial real estate brokerage, which has transacted on over $150 million worth of properties throughout New Hampshire, opened a satellite office, providing commercial leasing and sales services throughout the region and supporting Brick House Management in its efforts. Downtown Realty was founded in 2021 with the goal of providing white-glove sales and leasing services to small and medium-sized commercial property owners throughout northern New England.
