Brimberg of O,R&L Commercial sells
office building for $900,000

Cheshire, CT O,R&L Commercial facilitated an office building sale located at 219 South Main St. This professional office building consisted of 3,955 s/f and was located in the center of Cheshire at the corner of South Main St. (Rte. 10) and Cornwall Ave. The building situated on 1.2 acres with existing drive-thru lanes was improved and cared for by the seller, SIG Real Estate Holdings LLC out of Stamford. The new buyer, Soundview Federal Credit Union of Norwalk will be using the property as a full-service lending subsidiary (FSMG Lending Services). 

Toby Brimberg, vice president of O,R&L Commercial, industrial, and retail group in Branford, represented the seller and the buyer was represented by Robert Blosio of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty out of New Canaan. The property transferred for $900,000.
