The new buyer, Soundview Federal Credit Union of Norwalk will be using the property as a full-service lending subsidiary (FSMG Lending Services). 

Toby Brimberg, vice president of O,R&L Commercial, industrial, and retail group in Branford, represented the seller and the buyer was represented by Robert Blosio of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty out of New Canaan. The property transferred for $900,000.
