Cheshire, CT O,R&L Commercial, LLC has completed four office condominium sales. The first two are located at 420 South Main St., unit 1 and 2 consisting of 2,500 s/f sold for $255,000. Toby Brimberg of O,R&L Commercial represented both the seller, 420 South Main Street, LLC and the buyer, James Grenon of Alexander & Grenon Chiropractic Center.
The two additional office condominiums are located in the Waverly Professional Park located at 345 Highland Ave., unit 201 and 202. These units were located on the 2nd floor of the building: unit 201 consists of 1,212 s/f and unit 202 consists of 1,265 s/f. The condos sold together for a total sale price of $200,000.
Brimberg represented the seller of both units, 345 Highland Ave LLC. The buyer of both units, Rifat Saleh, P.E. of RHS Consulting & Design LLC, an engineering and developing firm, was represented by Sammy Kouadra of Realty Network, LLC.
