Brixmor Property Group leases 10,842 s/f
According to Brixmor Property Group, a 10,842 s/f PETCO recently opened at The Shoppes at Fox Run, located southwest of Highway 2, on the northwest corner of New London Turnpike and Welles St.
Adam Cirel of Atlantic Retail Properties, Boston, represented PETCO. Brixmor is the owner of The Shoppes at Fox Run and was represented by Charles Davis with Brixmor.
Brixmor is the second largest owner of community and neighborhood shopping centers in the U.S. and has been a leader in redevelopment over the last decade. Brixmor was selected as one of Chain Store Age's Top Redevelopers for work completed during 2010/2011.
