Brixmor welcomes Subway and Great Clips to Willow Springs Plaza
Brixmor Property Group completed a 1,280 s/f lease with Subway and a 1,058 s/f lease with Great Clips at Willow Springs Plaza.
In addition, Work 'N Gear, specializing in workwear apparel and footwear, expanded from a 3,900 s/f space to 5,200 s/f. The center is now fully leased.
The 131,248 s/f shopping center is anchored by The Home Depot and JCPenney Home Store, alongside national retailers such as Petco, Sally Beauty, and NTB. Willow Springs Plaza is located on Daniel Webster Highway, adjacent to the Pheasant Lane Mall.
