The Geenty Group completes two transactions totaling 2,057 s/f

The Geenty Group, Realtors, Branford, has leased 1,200 s/f of retail space at 639 Boston Post Rd. Chung Han Woo of World Champion Taekwondo is the tenant. They offer martial arts training with Korean Master Instructors for children and adults. This is their 12th location in Connecticut. Kristin Geenty, SIOR, president, represented the tenant. The landlord is Childress & Duncan, LLC. Juan Marquez, commercial/residential realtor at The Geenty Group, was the agent for the landlord. The Geenty Group also leased an 857 s/f unit in a multi-tenant strip center at 71 West Main St., Branford, located on Rte. 1. The tenant is Vedran Josic. He will use this space for the sale and distribution of cell phones and related equipment. The landlord is 71West Main, LLC. Bill Clark, senior vice president, was the sole agent in this transaction.
