Brokered by Mancinone, Horvath, Nolletti & Witten Marcus & Millichap handles Center Shops' sale for $3.2 million
Adam Mancinone, Robert Horvath, Victor Nolletti and Steve Witten of Marcus & Millichap Investment Real Estate Services of New Haven were the sole brokers in the sale of the Center Shops located at 3 Turkey Hills Rd. The property was sold for $3.2 million.
The site consists of 4.98 acres of prime retail frontage and sits at the intersection of Rte. 20 and Rte. 187. The property is improved by a 39,564 s/f strip center, anchored by the First National Bank of Suffield. The remainder of the center is tenanted by local service based businesses. The property was sold by Connecticut based investors.
