Brosler of Metrowest Commercial brokers $1.175 million building sale

Framingham, MA Metrowest Commercial Real Estate LLC completed the sale of 188 Lawrence St., for $1.175 million. The 10,500 s/f, industrial building located near the Dennison Triangle was sold to 188 RK LLC.

Eric Brosler of Metrowest Commercial represented the seller and procured the purchaser. The property was formerly occupied by Middlesex Petroleum, a distributor of automotive parts and fluids to automotive service technicians throughout Mass.

Following renovations, the new occupant will be Albert Kemperle Inc. a regional distributor of automotive body supplies.
