Brown and Morgan of Parsons Commercial Group arrange $1.45 million sale

Arlon Brown, SIOR, senior vice president and Matt Morgan, associate at Parsons Commercial Group represented the seller, Manzelli Trust and procured the buyer Colonial Automotive Group, Inc. in the sale of 778 Pleasant St. This 11,576 s/f retail building on 31,375 s/f of land located outside Belmont Center on Rte. 60 was sold for $1.45 million.
