Warren Brown, principal of Boston Commercial Properties represented E, E & G Realty with its acquisition of 280 Pond St. Dan Cordeau and Rick Schuhwerk of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller, ARE-280 Pond St., LLC. 280 Pond St. is a 24,867 s/f single story flex building on a 2.3 acre parcel located in the Pacella Business Park. Elite Envelope and Graphics will be relocating its commercial printing facility from Braintree to this property in the first quarter of 2009 upon completion of renovations to the property. Elite Envelope and Graphics is a supplier of all types of commercial envelopes including custom envelopes, specialty envelopes, tyvek envelopes and expansion envelopes.
