Brown of Campanelli Cos. leases 36,000 s/f to Heritage Wholesalers

Campanelli Cos. has leased 36,000 s/f at 69 Campanelli Dr. Their client, Heritage Wholesalers, Inc., is a 40-year old building supplier and will use the facility to expand their operations. Peter Brown of Campanelli Cos. represented Heritage Wholesalers, Inc. and Caleb Hudak of Colliers Meredith & Grew represented the owner, AMB Property Corp. "The building's strategic location enables us to expand our business on the South Shore and throughout Plymouth and Norfolk counties," said Steve Field, Heritage's president. "Brown's expertise, market knowledge and extensive networks added incredible value to our real estate process. This new facility allows us to enhance our service platform and provide great access to our customer base." With locations in Malden, North Dartmouth, Worcester, Hudson, N.H. and now Braintree, Heritage Wholesalers is an independent wholesale distributor of roofing, siding, windows and many other building products to professional contractors throughout New England.
