According to Campanelli Companies, the execution of a long term lease with Haemonetics Corporation totaling 55,000 s/f at 179 Campanelli Parkway in the AMB Business Park has been completed. This brings the property to 100% leased status.

Haemonetics relocated its warehouse operations and employees from a facility in Avon to the AMB Business Park in November.
