Danbury, CT According to Union Savings Bank (USB) Elizabeth Brucker has joined the bank as a residential mortgage loan originator.
In her new position, Brucker is responsible for originating residential mortgages, guiding first-time home buyers, luxury home and investment buyers throughout the lending process. She also works with the USB team on new business development. Brucker’s service areas include USB branches in Goshen, Marble Dale and Torrington, as well as the Bridgeport and Stratford markets continuing up through the Naugatuck Valley.
Brucker’s experience in the residential and commercial lending business spans 22 years. Her expertise lies in all aspects of mortgage finance and origination as well as management, sales and marketing. Most recently Brucker was a mortgage loan officer at First County Bank, in Fairfield County. Prior to that, she was a managing partner and director at Luxury Mortgage Co., Stamford, CT.

Brucker earned a bachelor of science degree in Management from Fairfield University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She is active in the community, most notably recognized for her role in the Westport Rotary Club where she has been a member for some nine years. Brucker was awarded the prestigious Paul Harris “Rotarian of the Year” in 2017. Over her career she has volunteered extensively with many area nonprofits and chambers of commerce including the Stamford Chamber of Commerce and the city of Bridgeport where she implemented several economic development workshops and partnered with AWED (American Women Entrepreneurial Development Corp.) to assist women starting a new business and the CEDF (Connecticut Economic Development Fund). She previously served as an advisory board member for the American Heart Association in Connecticut and New York, volunteered with the Fairfield Women’s Exchange, among others. Brucker resides in Beacon Falls, CT.
