Building and Land Technology (BLT) has been retained by Goldman Sachs and Lubert Adler to manage five of their commercial property assets in the city including 600 Summer St. and the four buildings known as Stamford Landing.
All properties were previously managed by Antares.
"This move," according to a spokesman at Goldman Sachs, "was based on BLT's proven abilities and outstanding reputation". That endorsement was seconded by Lubert Adler which has enjoyed a successful working relationship with the Norwalk-based developer on the 80-acre Harbor Point project, which is also in town.
