Building Impact joins The Bulfinch Cos.' roster of partners at First Needham Place

According to Building Impact, a Boston-based nonprofit, The Bulfinch Cos., a Needham-based real estate investment and development firm, has joined its growing roster of real estate partners. Building Impact will now operate its program at The Bulfinch Companies' First Needham Place property, located at 250 First Ave. "We are thrilled to welcome Bulfinch to our growing list of real estate partners," said Lisa Guyon, executive director of Building Impact. "Building tenants and their employees will work together to participate in donation drives, volunteer events, and various social networking activities that will directly impact local nonprofits." The Bulfinch Companies will now join Building Impact's current real estate partners, including: Paradigm Properties; National Development; Davis Marcus Partners; and The New Boston Fund. "We are pleased to welcome Building Impact to First Needham Place," said Eric Schlager, CEO of The Bulfinch Cos. "Our tenants and their employees look forward to lending a hand with projects that they can feel good about, while helping to raise awareness of so many wonderful local nonprofits." Tenants at First Needham Place will have an opportunity to volunteer with organizations, such as: Boston Partners in Education; Cradles to Crayons; The Food Project; Generations, Inc; and The Greater Boston Food Bank.
