Bulfinch Cos. completes renovations and two leases totaling 9,123 s/f

The Bulfinch Companies, Inc. has both renovated and leased the entire premises of the recently acquired building at 54 Washington St. Newton Wellesley Orthopedic Associates leased 6,682 s/f and Kornmehl Laser Eye Associates has leased 2,441 s/f. Located in the Wellesley Hills business district along Rte. 16, 54 Washington St. is accessible to Rte. 128 and the MassPike. Acquired by Bulfinch in December 2006, the building has undergone complete interior and exterior renovations, transforming the property into a first-class medical office facility. Newton Wellesley Orthopedic was represented by Richard McKinnon of the Grossman Companies. Kornmehl Laser was represented by Gary May of the Conrad Group. Michael Wilcox of Bulfinch said, "We are pleased to welcome Newton Wellesley Orthopedic Associates and Kornmehl Laser Eye Associates to this fully-renovated medical office building."
