Burgess and Nohrden of Burgess Properties handle 10,000 s/f lease
Burgess Properties Inc. has brokered a 10,000 s/f lease for office and production space with Live Lobster, Inc. at 150 Eastern Ave. A wholly-owned division of Live Lobster, Perishable Packaging, Inc. will be occupying the space. The operation is relocating to the new location from 580 Chelsea St. in East Boston.
Phillip Burgess and Stephen Nohrden of Burgess Properties, Inc. were the sole brokers in the transaction.
