Burgess and Nohrden of Burgess Properties Inc. arrange $3.65 million building sale

Chelsea, MA Burgess Properties Inc., one of Greater Boston’s premier suburban commercial brokerage firms, has sold a 33,515 s/f industrial building for $3.65 million. The warehouse/distribution facility is located in the city’s Airport Related Overlay District, minutes from Logan Airport.

The seller was Stoneham-based Brickpoint Properties and the buyer was Chelsea-based commercial bakery, Golden Cannoli. Golden Cannoli Shells Co. is one of the country’s largest cannoli shell producers and they purchased 3-7 Griffin Way in order to keep up with its increasing business demands.

Steve Nohrden and Phil Burgess of Burgess Properties, Inc. were the sole brokers in the transaction.
