Burgess Properties Inc. has brokered a 6,300 s/f warehouse lease at 175 McClellan Highway, on behalf of Bulgroup Properties, L.P. to S & S Wholesale, LLC, which is relocating from Lynn. S & S Wholesale is a distributor of non-perishable convenience store products.
Stephen Nohrden and Phillip Burgess of Burgess Properties, Inc. were the sole brokers in the transaction.
