Burgess and Nohrden of Burgess Properties Inc. lease 20,499 s/f to Ming Seafood and the city of Malden

Malden, MA Burgess Properties Inc. has leased the entirety of 15-23 Pleasant St. - 20,499 s/f of retail and office space - to Ming Seafood and the city of Malden. Quincy-based Ming Seafood opened their second Dim Sum seafood location on the first floor of 15-23 Pleasant St.

The city of Malden, which is currently redeveloping its city hall in conjunction with Jefferson Apartment Group, leased the top three floors of 15-23 Pleasant St. for the relocation of its city offices.

15-23 Pleasant St. was the longtime home of The Granada Theater.

Ming Seafood joins a large group of new restaurants and innovative businesses that are reenergizing downtown.

Phil Burgess and Steve Nohrden of Burgess Props. were the sole brokers in the lease to the city of Malden and represented the landlord in the Ming Seafood transaction.
