Burgess Properties brokers $2.65 million sale to New England Lighting

Burgess Properties, one of Greater Boston's premier suburban commercial brokerage firms, has brokered the sale of 201 Crescent Ave. for $2.65 million. Located at the intersection of Crescent and Eastern Aves., the property consists of a 31,750 s/f, 5-year old, single-story manufacturing and warehouse building on a 60,000 s/f lot. Principals of New England Lighting purchased the property from Crescent Nominee Trust. New England Lighting will relocate from its existing building on Eastern Ave. and occupy the property in conjunction with OnTime Companies, Inc. Phillip Burgess of Burgess Properties, Inc was the sole broker in this transaction.
