Burgess Properties, Inc. arrange 11,000 s/f lease for CranBarry, Inc

Burgess Properties Inc., has brokered an 11,000 s/f lease for office and warehouse space at 3 Griffin Way with CranBarry, Inc. CranBarry, a leading US manufacturer of athletic equipment for field hockey, is relocating from its long-term home in Lynn. 3 Griffin Way is owned by Brickpoint Properties. Peter Abren, senior property manager for Brickpoint conducted negotiations on behalf of his firm. Phillip Burgess of Burgess Properties was the sole broker in the transaction.
