Burwick and Whittredge of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs handle $345,000 sale
Fitchburg, MA NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs has sold a retail property located at 401 Summer St. The sale was executed on July 17th, for $345,000.
The property will be redeveloped from a pawn shop into a convenience store. The buyer is adding to his portfolio of stores in the Central Mass. area.
NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs vice presidents, David Burwick and Tim Whittredge represented both parties in this transaction.
Burwick and Whittredge also represent the seller in his efforts to sell his third and final pawn shop located at 130 West Boylston St., in Worcester, Mass.
