Pawtucket, RI 342 East Ave. was sold for $825,000 to Vito Lantz and Art Chamberland, co-owners of Lucky Enough Drink & Eat in Providence.

Jeffrey Butler of Butler Realty represented the seller. Jared Iannelli of Penrose Realty represented the buyer.

The 5,000 s/f building, with seating for 100, includes two apartments, basement prep area and outside covered deck. The location has been a pub/restaurant for over 50 years.

With a projected re-opening date of early 2025, Lantz and Chamberland are planning to bring a sports pub atmosphere to the neighborhood.

342 East Ave., formerly operating as Flynn’s & Doherty’s Irish Pub, is located off Rte. 95. The city is undergoing a major revitalization with a new Amtrak train station and professional soccer stadium under construction.
