C.P. Berry Homes receives national awards for English Commons at Topsfield

C.P. Berry Homes, the builder/developer of English Commons at Topsfield, a new active adult condominium community, was presented national awards at the International Builders Show in Orlando, Florida on February 8th-9th. The company, and English Commons at Topsfield, were selected as:
* Professional Builder Design Awards - Best New Community - Gold Award by Professional Builders Magazine;
* 2012 Best of 50+ Housing Awards - Best Green Community - Silver Award and;
* Best For Sale Active Adult Community - Silver Award by The National Association of Home Builders.
"Considering the competition throughout the country, it is an honor to receive these national awards for the English Commons at Topsfield," said Carl Berry, president and CEO of C.P. Berry Homes. "We knew English Commons at Topsfield was very special and are thrilled for the recognition from these industry professionals. It is very gratifying."
Attending the International Builders Show to accept the awards were company president Carl Berry and his wife Joanne; vice president Alan Berry, P.E.; and Mark O'Hara, director of sales for C.P. Berry Homes.
