On behalf of Netezza, Cushman & Wakefield completed a long term lease for 59,000 s/f of first class office space at Lake Williams Corporate Center.  Cushman & Wakefield executive director Kevin Hanna represented the tenant, Netezza Corp.  The landlord, NE Williams II, LLC, was represented by Richard Barry Joyce & Partners.
The lease allows Netezza to consolidate and move its regional operations from Framingham.  The company enables business users to leverage the power of high-performance analytics on all their data for competitive and operational advantage.
26 Forest St. is on the south parcel of Marlborough's Lake Williams Corporate Center. The first class three-story, 120,000 s/f office building was a build-to-suit project for Fidelity Investments.
