Cafasso and Hunt of Colliers handle sale of Liberty Rock Shopping Center
Milford, CT Colliers has completed the sale of the leasehold interest of Liberty Rock Shopping Center, located at 589 Bridgeport Ave. The 175,000 s/f shopping center is anchored by Ocean State Job Lot and Dollar Tree. The site also includes a freestanding Walgreens and Taco Bell. Located directly off I-95 at Rte. 1, the property benefits from excellent demographics and visibility.
John Cafasso and Ian Hunt of Colliers Hartford represented both the seller and purchaser. Colliers Property Management also acted as receiver on behalf of the lender, M&T Bank.
The purchaser is a private developer and investor based in Fairfield County. The sale price was not disclosed.
