Marr of Keliher Real Estate brokers sale of Giacomos for $2.1m

Boston, MA Douglas Marr, president of Keliher Real Estate commercial division, sold Giacomos restaurant located at 431 Columbus Ave. for $2.1 million.

The sale included restaurant, liquor license, 2,000 s/f commercial condo with three parking spaces. Business will continue as it has for over 30+ years.
