Cafasso and Hunt of Colliers sell 28,126 s/f biotech research and development facility for $5 million
Branford, CT Colliers negotiated the sale of 15 Commercial St. The transaction closed on February 27.
John Cafasso and Ian Hunt of the Colliers’ Hartford office represented the seller in the transaction.
The 28,126 s/f biotech research and development facility, on 4.4 acres, is fully leased to Ancera, Inc.
The sale price was $5 million or $178 per s/f. The buyer was a private investor.
