Jackson Caffrey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented SKL Counseling, LLC, the tenant, in securing the property for its new location, while Dighton Industries, LLC, the property owner, was represented by Leeds Mitchell of MG Commercial Real Estate Services.
