Smithfield, RI Jackson Caffrey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal facilitated a 7,200 s/f warehouse lease at 27 Appian Way. The property features five drive-in doors, 14-foot ceilings, 625 s/f of office space, and is situated on 2.25 acres.

The tenant, Zuba Brothers Antique Trucks, LLC, collects, restores, and displays vintage and classic heavy-duty commercial vehicles. The company showcases restored historical trucks and supports regional historical events that help preserve trucking history and the old-truck hobby.

Caffrey represented the ownership, GRAZ, LLC in the transaction.
