Caffrey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal negotiates long-term office lease at 20 Centerville Rd.

Warwick, RI Jackson Caffrey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal facilitated a 3,700 s/f lease at 20 Centerville Rd. The new tenant Infused with Love Therapy LLC signed a long-term lease at this office suite that consists of 12 private offices, a conference room, and an open area bullpen.

Infused with Love Therapy is a husband and wife owned, private practice that offers mental health treatment through coaching and talk therapy. 

Caffrey represented the ownership in this deal.
