Warwick, RI Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal negotiated the sale of 115 Walnut St. for $1.35 million. The property is fully leased to a credit tenant and sold as an industrial investment. The property consists of .48 acres improved with an 8,000 s/f warehouse with 20 ft. ceilings and two drive in doors.

115 Walnut St. is located off Jefferson Blvd.’s industrial corridor, offering access to I-95. Proximity to Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport supports regional travel and air cargo activity.

Thomas Sweeney, SIOR, represented the seller, and procured the buyer.
