Cagenello of Prudential Connecticut Realty leases 10,000 s/f
Peter M. Bakker Agency, Inc. moved to its new location at 302 West Main St. on November 12 where it has leased 10,000 s/f from 302 West Main Street, LLC.
Bruce Cagenello, CCIM of Prudential Connecticut Realty's Commercial Group in Avon was the sole broker in the transaction.
Bakker's former condominium office space at 111 Simsbury Rd. has been exclusively listed for sale by Cagenello and is available in four individual 1,200 s/f units or as a whole totaling 4,800 s/f.
