Cahill and Baker of Avison Young handle 10,000 s/f sublease for LogicSource

Avison Young has completed a 10,000 s/f sublease on behalf of LogicSource, a leading sourcing and procurement services firm, and a current tenant at 20 Marshall St. A well-appointed, class-A office building, 20 Marshall St. is located near I-95 and Route 7. The Avison Young team of Sean Cahill, principal and managing director of the firm's Fairfield/Westchester office, and vice president Lori Baker, represented LogicSource, which is subleasing 10,000 s/f of the company's original office space at 20 Marshall St. to HealthPrize, a digital health leader in patient engagement and medication adherence solutions. Judd McArthur of DTZ represented HealthPrize, which is relocating to 20 Marshall St. "LogicSource is strategically growing its operation in the Dallas metropolitan area, and they turned to our team to identify a high-caliber tenant to sublease a portion of their space," said Cahill. "Reflective of the demand in the market for high-quality space, we were able to move quickly in securing HealthPrize as the subtenant, helping to achieve LogicSource's business objectives."
