Southington, CT Ralph Calabrese and Tony Valenti of the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC completed the sale of 1850 West St. The 10,400 s/f commercial building is situated on 1.46 acres located at a signalized intersection of West St. (Rte. 229), a heavily traveled corridor between the Town of Bristol and Southington allowing access to I-84, a major highway artery running east and westerly through all of Connecticut.
The building is a two-story stand-alone structure with both levels at grade. The lower floor houses a chiropractor and massage therapist, while the street level is currently vacant and being marketed for lease by the R. Calabrese Agency. The seller was 1850 West Street, LLC and the purchaser was LR&D, LLC.
The R. Calabrese agency, LLC was the sole broker.
