Calabrese and Valenti of the R. Calabrese Agency leases 7,161 s/f
Ralph Calabrese and Tony Valenti of the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC brokered a ground lease to Texas Roadhouse Restaurant located at 330 Reidville Dr. Recently opened, the Texas Roadhouse location offers visibility and access to/from I-84, and is located on Reidville Drive's strong retail corridor, which includes retailers such as; BJ's Wholesale Club, Raymour & Flanigan, Stop & Shop, Aldi, CVS, and several casual and quick service restaurants. At 7,161 s/f, Texas Roadhouse is strategically positioned to service Waterbury and surrounding markets.
Calabrese and Valenti represented both the owner and landlord of the property, United of Waterbury Limited Partnership, and Texas Roadhouse in negotiating and consummating this lease.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
